This exercise in illustration drew inspiration from prompts from the Inktober challenge created by Jake Parker as to improve his illustration skills. We were instructed to select 8 prompts from the list below, but instead of simply using traditional illustration techniques, we were tasked with rendering our illustrations in vector form.
My prompt selections included Dream, Path, Map, Drip, Fortune, Wander, Rise and Angel.
Although our final renditions were to be in vector form, I wanted to start the illustrations with a traditional approach to hopefully provide a bit of an analog feel.
